We are excited to share some exciting news about the Shinkai wallet, a project that has been in development for quite some time.

Initially, we faced challenges with the Shinkai wallet’s design and materials, leading us to halt production.

However, after extensive research, testing, and listening to feedback, we are thrilled to introduce an upgraded version: Shinkai – The Holster Wallet.

When we first embarked on refining the Shinkai wallet, we explored various types of leather to find the perfect fit for its unique holster design. Through rigorous testing, we discovered that full-grain leather and microfiber leather both provided exceptional quality and durability.

These materials worked well with the holster concept, ensuring that cards fit snugly while maintaining a sleek and sophisticated look.

In addition to improving the leather selection, we made a design change to enhance the minimalist aesthetic that Shinkai represents.

The original version included a pen slot, but after careful consideration and feedback, we decided to remove this feature. The result is a more streamlined, elegant design that aligns with the minimalist ethos of our brand.

Our team conducted rough tests with microfiber leather, and we are pleased to report that it passed all of our durability and quality assessments.

We have produced a small batch of this new Shinkai holster wallet in a rich espresso colour at an affordable price.
