Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During this time, we perform a full quality inspection and package your order securely for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

Singapore orders usually arrive within 1–3 working days.
Orders within Asia typically take around 1–2 weeks.
For the rest of the world, delivery usually takes between 1–3 weeks.

Please note that these are estimated delivery durations. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, postal service efficiency, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and a link to monitor your package. If your tracking appears inactive for several days or shows “in transit” for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

When ordering internationally, your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs charges, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are imposed by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customers in regions such as the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, parts of Asia, South America, and Africa may be required to pay additional customs duties, VAT, GST, or import taxes upon delivery.

For example:

  • In the European Union, VAT and customs duties may apply to goods imported from outside the EU.

  • In the United Kingdom, customs duty applies to items over £135, and VAT is charged on all imports.

  • In Australia, a 10% GST is charged on the taxable import value, which includes the cost of the goods, freight, insurance, and any customs duty.

Please note that Kisetsu Leather does not collect or prepay these fees. Your local customs office may contact you to settle any required payments before your order can be delivered. We are not liable for customs delays, additional charges, or the confiscation of items by local authorities.

Incomplete or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal by the customer, additional shipping or handling fees may apply for reshipment. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or items are missing, please contact us immediately with your order number and any relevant photos or documents. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement where appropriate.
