Return & Replacement Policy

Return Policy

Eligibility: You may return an item within 30 days of its delivery to your address. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Return Process:
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Conditions:
All returns must meet our policy standards and be in original selling condition. Returns that do not comply will be sent back to you at your expense.

Replacement Policy

I bought the Aki in brown and honestly my favorite wallet so far. The leather feels rugged but soft, and the color gets richer over time. Aki - Thinnest Wallet

This is one of the most thinnest wallets I have owned. The Aki Wallet not only looks sophisticated but also organizes my cards and cash beautifully. The brown leather ages gracefully, and I have received countless compliments on how thin a bifold wallet can be.

Perfect all-purpose

I have had the Aki Wallet for 6 years before it got stolen. I immediately ordered a new one. It is the best wallet I ever owned, and that mainly for these 3 reasons:

1. It is incredibly durable. I took it everywhere, punished it terribly, and yet the leather kept looking better and better. Even the stitches still held. All it took was some occasional cleaning and greasing.

2. It has a fantastic form factor. 9x10cm (3.5"x3.9") and fully filled it's like 1.5cm (0.5") high.

3. Everything is quick and easy to access. I carry a couple of coins, an Apple AirTag, bills, 7 cards, the pen and a nano usb stick. The ninja slot has my building entrance card and the quick access slot holds my credit card.

I did replace the pen for a telescopic pen as I have big hands, but otherwise it is a beautifully and purposefully designed wallet.

Beautiful and purposeful

It has all the features that i need to keep my cards, cash, coins and wallet. The fact that the coins slot area does not have a card slot, makes the leather flexible, hence easy access of my keys and wallet without the worry of snapping my card in half.

The leather needed breaking in, so the first few uses of the easy push out card slot did not work as the leather was still stiff.

I do prefer if the corners of the wallet are at a 45 degree cut like the kaizen wallet, as the 'sharp' corners of the aki wallet do sometimes snag onto my pocket

I applied a thin layer of leather conditioner on the wallet the first day i got it, hopefully this can last for a long long time.

What is crazy horse leather?

- Crazy horse leather is made by applying a special kind of wax to a full-grain leather surface that has been smoothed out.
The wax enhances the leather fibers, and that way, when they are scratched or rubbed, the leather's natural colour changes its shade that gives the antique, vintage appearance.
