Return Policy

Eligibility: You may return an item within 30 days of its delivery to your address. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Return Process:
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Conditions:
All returns must meet our policy standards and be in original selling condition. Returns that do not comply will be sent back to you at your expense.

Replacement Policy

Eligibility:
You can request a replacement within 30 days of delivery for any wrong or defective items received.

Costs:
We will cover any costs incurred in returning a defective product.
